Turning off the Zoom Chat Notifications

First, a few notes on the Zoom chat:

We request that you be mindful of your use of the Zoom chat during sessions, by saying hello and/or responding to prompts from Thomas. Periodically, the chat will be turned off to better tune into Thomas during his teaching.

*Important: When using the chat, please select “Everyone” in the chat drop-down menu so that everyone can see your chats.
