Troubleshooting Zoom When You Can't Hear
If you're having trouble hearing audio during a Zoom meeting, here are several steps you can take to try and fix the problem:
Check Your Volume: If the sound is low, try increasing the volume on your device. Using earbuds or a headset can also help improve audio quality.
Zoom Audio Settings: Go to your Zoom audio settings and make sure your speaker's "Output Volume" is set high. This can boost the audio.
Test Speaker: Use the "Test Speaker" button in the audio settings to ensure sound is coming through your system. This helps identify any issues with your setup.
Leave and Rejoin: If none of the above work, sometimes simply leaving the Zoom meeting and rejoining can resolve audio issues. This simple step can often restore the sound.
If you continue to experience audio problems, you may want to reach out to Zoom's customer support for further assistance. You can find the Zoom support home page here.
