What is the schedule for the live sessions?

Course Schedule

Thanks for your interest in the Whole-Being Wellness course! This article provides the schedule for the live sessions with Thomas Hübl. We are pleased to offer you these details to help you plan your participation.


  • All sessions are 2 hours and are conducted on Zoom.

  • Sessions are recorded and the recordings are posted within 2-3 business days on the course website.

  • Transcripts of each session are also provided, typically posted within 7-10 business days after each session. 

  • You can download the recordings and transcripts, and they’re yours to keep.


Start Times:

  • Sessions 1 - 4 begin at 9am LA / 12pm NY / 6pm Berlin

  • Session 5 (the final session) begins at 11am LA / 2pm NY / 8pm Berlin


Specific Dates: 

  • Course Session 1: 
    Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 9am LA / 12pm NY / 6pm Berlin

  • Course Session 2: 
    Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at 9am LA / 12pm NY / 6pm Berlin

  • Course Session 3: 
    Sunday, June 8, 2025 at 9am LA / 12pm NY / 6pm Berlin

  • Course Session 4: 
    Thursday, June 26, 2025 at 9am LA / 12pm NY / 6pm Berlin

  • Course Session 5: 
    Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at 11am LA / 2pm NY / 8pm Berlin


While live attendance is recommended, recordings are available if you cannot join at the scheduled time. We understand that sometimes you may not be available to join a session live, and/or time zones may be inconvenient for participants in some regions like Australia, East Asia, and New Zealand. Recordings are provided to accommodate this.
