Everything You Need to Know about Your Course Materials
All live sessions will be recorded and posted on the course website so you have access to all the resources in a variety of learning formats that you can revisit at any time.
You will be able to watch and download the video and audio recordings, guided meditation audios, and additional materials provided for each session. Supplemental bonus materials are also available, which can help you to integrate the teachings and practices.
You’ll also get a downloadable PDF transcript for each course session.
Here's what you need to know about the course materials:
Session recordings and supplemental materials will be posted within 2-3 business days of each session.
The PDF transcript of each session will be posted 7-10 days after each session.
All course materials, including the recordings and transcripts, are downloadable.
Downloadable materials are yours to keep after the course concludes.
Zip files containing the entire course content are provided after the course ends, for easy download.
The course website remains accessible for a few months after the course finishes (typically a minimum of three months). We will send email updates on the site closure date, with plenty of lead time, so that you can download all that you would like to keep.
